If you have issues with logging into your app try the following: Clear data, clear cache and unplug your modem for five minutes. 

If that does not resolve the issue please try the following:

AT&T Customers: 

 

For those that use AT&T Home internet, they have made a change recently that affects IPTV connections. You will need the AT&T Home Manager app and navigate to App Preferences and toggle OFF the "Enable Security " setting. Hopefully this helps some of you. 

 

  

 

Xfinity Customers: 

 

For those that use Xfinity, they have made a change recently that affects IPTV connections. You will need the Xfinity Manager app and navigate to your account (top left), scroll down to "More Resources" and click on "xFi Advanced Security", and toggle it OFF. Hopefully this helps some of you.

 

Spectrum 

 

To turn off security settings (Security Shield) on a Spectrum router, log in to the My Spectrum App or Spectrum.net using your credentials, navigate to the Services tab, select your router, find Security Shield, and toggle it Off. Reboot the router to apply changes.
